You want to organize a meeting, workshop, or congress or present your institute at an industrial fair, but you have neither the time nor the personnel for it? Then the fee-based PCO service (PCO: short for Professional Congress Organizer) of the KIT Event Management for Employees could be a solution for you. Following a modular system, we offer support of scientific events according to the KIT statutes. Whether analog or digital: From abstract management to the overall conception, we can make you an individually tailored offer.

PCO Portfolio

We offer the following services:

	Project management We take care of the entire event planning, support you in the overall conception and handle and arrange all necessary procedures within KIT in cooperation with the relevant departments.
	Registration management We create an online registration for all program items defined within the event. Invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments are carried out in compliance with correct taxation and data protection guidelines. This service is obligatory and free of charge for KIT events with registration fee.
	Abstract management We provide an online tool for abstract submission and for the complete handling of submitted abstracts.
	Travel service for participants and speakers We take care of hotel contingents, organize transfers and support invited VIPs with their travel arrangements.
	Catering and social program We can help you obtain and select catering offers and assist you in developing a suitable social program. We are also happy to arrange a suitable location for a conference dinner.
	Exhibition management In the case of an industrial or poster exhibition, we will take over the complete management of the trade fair, including planning and coordination of the necessary service providers.
	Marketing Marketing activities such as mailings, the creation of advertising materials or giveaways are supported by us. In addition, we will gladly take care of setting up or maintaining a conference website. In addition, we offer the option to use the KIT's event app in collaboration with an external app developer. This app can be customized to suit the needs of your desired event for an additional fee.
	Organization of technical services and logistics We are responsible for the coordination and supervision of all conference technical requirements and logistics.
	Congress office We can take care of setting up a congress counter and all the tasks that came up there.
	Technical support For a virtual event, we provide you with technical support, supervise virtual sessions, play in pre-recorded content and assist with the distribution and archiving of content.
